A useful submerged plant but without flowers or other `exciting` features. It forms soft finely devided leaves under water and above the surface small spikes with tiny modest greenish `flowers`. It can grow deeper than most other submerged pondplants so very useful for deeper ponds. It also produces a lot of oxygene.
