There is quite a lot of things you can use hop for. It is a vine and you use it to cover walls, fences, sheds and the like. Hop will stand deep shade, so you can use it on the north side of buildings. Hops (the flowers) look really nice, there are good for decoration in autumn. Hop is edible, in spring you can harvest a few of the sprouts - its the most expensive vegetable in the world. Most important of all: there is no good bear without hop.
